Practical AI tools and free resources built from thousands of conversations with parents. Designed to save time, protect privacy, and make family life lighter.
Why we build this way
Built from real conversations
We have spoken with thousands of parents about what actually saves time and where current tools fall short.
Tested by families
Every product and resource is tested by real families and refined based on what parents tell us works.
Privacy and AI literacy
We use strict data security standards, explain how AI handles family information, and teach parents how the tools work.
AI Family Assistant
Meet Em
Em is the AI family assistant built to hold the details you're tired of carrying: the schedules, the meals, the small stuff that adds up. Just text Em like you would from the assistant you need but never got at home, and get help right from your phone.
Manages your calendar and catches scheduling conflicts before they become a problem
Plans meals around your family's dietary needs and what's already in your fridge
Sends daily and weekly previews so you know what's ahead
Blocks time for self-care before your week fills up around it
WHERE TO START

Every parent deserves a starting point that doesn't cost anything. These free resources come straight from the conversations we've had with thousands of families: the schedules that fall apart, the systems that don't stick, and the small fixes that actually help. FROM THE BOOK
Before you decide how AI fits, decide who your family is.
These 3 worksheets come from The AI-Empowered Family, my book coming from Jossey-Bass in 2027. The guides above help you start using AI. These help your family agree on what it's for, where it stops, and which tools get in the door. Print them, fill them out together, and put them somewhere everyone walks past.

AI AGENTS & FAMILY LIFE
